Orders are fulfilled between 9:30am-3:30pm (PST). Orders made before 3:30pm (PST) can guarantee their order will be shipped that day. Orders are shipped at 5:00pm (PST) Monday through Friday. 

You will receive your order anywhere from 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order, not including weekends or holidays.

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when we ship your order, along with tracking information.

International Orders

We currently ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, and United Kingdom. Shipping rates vary by location. We do not currently do returns or exchanges on international orders. Please contact customerservice@lucyparis.com if you have questions or concerns.
