AWAY LANDS WITH AMY SEDER

At age 14, Amy started photography classes and her goal was to be a fashion photographer in NYC. After a few years, she found herself shooting friends and travels in an organic way. Her life story and love story interconnected. "When Brandon and I started dating 4 years ago, we started traveling with every possible day and dollar we could, and I finally had someone that enjoyed shooting with me." Amy's mission is to empower others through her own struggles and achievements. Amy explains, "I've been very open with my struggles with weight and eating disorders, and that's a big part of what drives me to put so much of myself out there for public consumption." She shares her images and stories to show others it is possible to have the life they dream of while working to be physically healthy and mentally strong.   

Fashion has always been present in Amy's journey. From being behind the camera to now being in front of the camera. She shares "I have always been the type of girl that loves to get dressed up - from the time I was 2 or 3 I had very strong opinions about my outfits. Fashion is such a fun part of life and way to express yourself and your feelings - I still love dressing up, matching my outfits to my surroundings and curating a cohesive look for each location."

 

Amy is Lucy Paris - driven, fearless and with her own style inspired by the world around her. "I am in love with the Jardin Moto Jacket! The second I saw it on the Lucy Paris website, I knew I needed to own it. It's so chic and unique and bold - words I try to apply to my personal style every day."
